Pastry Chef de Partie

Must have a chef / culinary qualification with at least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 4 / 5* hotel. Must have a very strong pastry background. Due to the isolated area that the property is based in, someone with own transport preferred. Will be responsible for the production of breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffets, bush braais and a la carte menu. Assisting with stock control. Single live in position with accommodation offered on site.
