We are pleased to be working with a leading company near in Mafikeng who are currently in search of a part time Secretary to join their team. This candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and will ideally come from similar support background. Key responsibilities: Booking of meetings Preparing meeting rooms Diary management Inbox management Personal assistant and secretarial duties Updating the database. Uploading information to the database Preparing and formatting documents for the Director to send out Sending documents and emails on behalf of the Director. Building up relationships with clients so they have a point of contact when the director is out of the office - this includes board level clients. Making calls to clients as and when required Researching skills - ability to understand complex and technical job vacancies and source the suitable applicant. Key attributes: Upbeat and self-motivated Ability to tackle any task presented to them Strong IT skills.
