Location: Kruger National Park Matric essential. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management an advantage. At least 2 years experience in a similar position. Previous 5* experience essential. Strong Food & Beverage background. Administration and financial controlling competence. Excellent knowledge of overall hospitality operations. Valid drivers licence. MS Office. - Deliver friendly, efficient Guest Service - Ensuring front desk complete administration accurately and according to SOP's - Filling in as Lodge Manager when required - Ensuring lodge guest experience levels are met and maintained consistently - Ensuring FOH staff are familiar with emergency services and procedures - Chairing daily operational meetings in conjunction with Lodge Managers. - Training of staff - Compiling lodge month end reports - Managing and controlling inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks Salary Type Monthly Salary RNeg DOE Live In Start Date Immediately don@leapfrogg.com
