Desired Experience & Qualification. Matric / Grade 12 .  Relevant Sales/Marketing diploma/degree will be an advantage.  Computer Literacy is essential (i.e. MS Office)  Knowledge of SAP would be a plus  Valid Driver’s Licence is essential with own transport.  Minimum 3 years Sales Experience .  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Good knowledge of reading/speaking the English language.  Ability to negotiate and communicate with all levels of customers.  Liaise effectively with Colleagues and Management.  Ability to work independently.  Ability to work well under pressure  Ability to do extensive travelling .  Good spoken and written communication skills  Good analytical skills.  Accuracy and attention to detail. Key responsibilities  Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner  Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.  Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.  Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.  Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics .  Full scope of professionals when required: Architects; Quantity Surveyors; Consultant Engineers & Developers.  Promote product range at all times.
