Client Executive

Minimum Requirements: Relevant postgraduate degree at NQF level 8 10-12 years' experience of people and resource management at a senior level, preferably within the FMCG/Retail/Sales environment. Development of strategic and tactical plans for business unit in line with Customer and Group strategic direction and objectives. Develop and drive Business Unit strategies and tactical plans that are aligned with the company Group Strategy for new business initiatives, enhancements or innovations in order to ensure business growth, increased sustainability and greater competitive advantage. Effective implementation and management of business plans. Spot opportunities to have meaningful business conversations, build solutions and manage current, as well as, new business development initiatives through the process of: Compiling detailed roll-out plans indicating cost parameters, timeframes, resources of plans Sourcing effectively in accordance with these plans. Effective management of achievement of operational objectives. Regularly analyse relevant data to determine trends in market share, forward share, promotional activity, etc. Create plans to address identified areas and grow objectives Negotiate relevant costing and resources for delivery.
