Duties (will include but not limited to): Oversees various human resources plans and procedures for all employees. Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department, participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Responsible for all Recruitment and on boarding in the organization. Oversee the development and implementation of the Employment Equity Plan and compliance Manages the overall Employee Relations functions of organization. Responsible for legal compliance for the HR function Develops, interprets and communicates HR policies in accordance with business requirements Oversee and ensure the effective of HR related projects and/or initiatives within the organization Incorporation of company headquarters values and principles and ensure alignment. Coordinate the development and implementation of Training and Development programs, as well as maximizing Seta programs. Continuous improvement of various HR processes and systems. Minimum Requirements: Bargaining Council experience essential (Automotive/Manufacturing) Minimum of 5 years of experience at a Manager level. Minimum of 10 years human resource generalist experience. Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management or related field or equivalent Level of experience, training and education. Experience in Payroll administration is preferable.
