JOB KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS; Calculation and payment of termination payments (resignation / retirement/ redundancy). Ensure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filing. Preparation of ad hoc reports as required. Liaise with HR re joiners, movers, leavers’ remuneration, Ensure all payroll related data / information within the HR-Payroll database is accurate and correct Experience with VIP payroll (3 years). Thorough knowledge of BCEA. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Comprehensive and working knowledge of VIP Payroll systems. MS Office packages (advance excel). Attention to detail. Problem solving. Analytical skills. Numeracy skills – reconciliations and statistics, Customer Service focus. Ability to adapt change. Confidentiality. Work independently. Package & Remuneration Market related mining package available.
