Office Administrator

Our client in the beauty industry is looking for an Office Administrator with some marketing capabilities to help manage the day to day running of the business. The right candidate will be goal orientated and have strong admin and communication skills. Responsibilities: -Liasing with beauty editors regarding new and existing products, sending out info and products to editors. Update database of products sent to editors. -Saving all published editorials, editing info sheets and sending to distributors. -May need to attend events from time to time, such as exhibits etc. -Updating Product catalogues with new products, new prices. -General administrative secretarial support to Management. -Assisting sales person with taking orders when needed. -Assisting the sales team in checking the parcels for the following day when needed. -Stock taking with the rest of the staff. -Change prices on pastel, website and price lists. -Limited filing. -Taking bookings for events and workshops. -Processing Distributors orders – invoicing, checking etc. -Processing new clients forms and check whether all data is inserted. -Compiling drivers list on a daily basis. -Compiling salary sheets on Excel. -Taking calls for queries about the online shop, explaining registrations etc. If the above sounds like you,Email CV along with a motivational letter and your ID to: and mark it ATTENTION Monique / recruitment@fiss.co.za
