Introduction Prime Personnel based in Klerksdorp requires a competent applicant with experience in handling a busy reception area. High pressure environment. Applicant must be organized attention to detail and able to plan. Bilingual in Afrikaans/English with good verbal and written communication skills. Able to use initiative, responsible and able to work on own. Able to contribute to business development and training with background or prior working skills in below : Duties & Responsibilities Handle busy Switchboard, arrange appointments/interviews, handle queries, typing and data capture. Housekeeping, manage diaries, oversee and supervise, petty cash, handle stationery and orders thereof, smooth running of day at office, Secretary duties to office staff as needed, designing of adverts and advertising. Customer Service and handle queries efficiently Desired Experience & Qualification Gr 12. + 5 years working exp with at least 2 years working exp in a reception area. Own transport and valid drivers license Excellent skills in MS office , including Electronic diary, MS Publisher, PowerPoint and excellent skills in social media /websites etc.. HR background or Agency background a preference but not required. Package & Remuneration To be advised
