Executive -Office Manager

Introduction Prime Personnel seeking applicant in Klerksdorp with Experience in Office Management /Personal Assistant to be the right hand for Director with multiple branches in Financial Industry. Organised, responsible person able to use initiative on tasks, Able to follow systems and procedures and checks related. Very strong administrator skills required. Duties & Responsibilities Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners related to admin and systems.Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings. General PA/Secretary duties , minutes, data capture, financial reports, Coordinate all branches data and systems, able to multitask, handle pressure and deadlines, design of presentations for board and other meetings and as required. Able to work on own time management schedules. Desired Experience & Qualification Gr 12 with excellent verbal and written communication. + 6 years working exp as Executive PA with related duties above Own transport/valid driver’s license. Able to travel, work flexi hours as needed on month end. PC literate – strong typing skills (+50 wpm) MS office (word/excel and PowerPoint required) Strong IT related skills to manage Cloud based programmes and Google Suite background required.
