OFFICE MANAGER

The key responsibilities of the role will be to support the General Manager and manage the day to day running of the office in a highly paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow strict processes and procedures are essential. We are looking to recruit someone who is flexible, highly motivated and analytical in all they do. Training will be provided for the successful candidate. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to: • Administration support to the General Manager and all other internal stakeholders within the business . • Managing the day to day running of the office (to include allocation of work to others) • Ensuring work allocation is completed in a timely manner. • Maintaining files and data- inputting • Managing a diary system • Keeping all elements of compliance audit up to date at all times • Dealing with customer and staff queries as required in a timely and efficient manner • Resolving internal and external customer problems . • Telephone answering / taking customer bookings • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email • Supporting internal staff WORKING HOURS - 9AM TO 5PM - MONDAY TO FRIDAY Please send your CV to: dean@rgmcorp.co.za
