Call Centre Agents

Our company is looking for passionate and hardworking candidates to come work in our ever growing team of professionals. As call centre agent, your roles will be to answer all incoming calls, emails, responding to customers queries and complaints, and transferring potential customers to your managers Duties will include: * Filter incoming calls in a timely manner * Respond to customers questions, complaints, concerns, and * Provide sufficient answers and solutions to all customer queries. * Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally. * Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate. Training will be provided.
