Key Accounts Manager

Develop key account relationships, insight and servicing to grow and maintain long term sustainable business from Target clients. Build high level of brand awareness and reputation as key contact to top clients. Develop and prepare and action plan and forecast for each target key account client to increase market share and deliver growth strategy for field sales and servicing taking cognizance of client realities. Identify opportunities for growing key accounts to achieve sales targets and results. Brand awareness, Develop strong relationship with operations, internal teams, to ensure seamless and quality service to clients, Work according to SOP, Stay on top of markets trends, Negotiate rates, credit approvals, Reports on CRM system.
