Sales Manager

Minimum Work Experience: 3 to 5 years working experience in the motor sales industry in a manager role. Motor sales experience is essential . Duties and Responsibilities: • Assisting the dealer principal in implementing & maintaining the New vehicle policy • Maximizing sales & profitability through customer satisfaction. • Ensuring cost controls are in place, in order to meet budget requirements. • Ensuring that the right stock levels are always maintained. • Ensuring that there is development & training of all sales staff. • Maintaining a fleet calling programme • Monitoring the response to all advertising • Monitoring Sales Force and updated daily • Arranging & controlling all shopping centre displays. • Ensuring that the 6 point sale is followed by all salesman. • Ensuring showroom displays in place at all times. • Staff training twice per week (6 point sale, costing, etc.) • Enforcing daily activities are done and monitored. • Weekly stock takes. • Ensuring that new car swops and carrier deliveries are checked. • Monitoring Debtors Daily • Ensuring no 90 Day Stock (Max of 10%) Email CV in WORD format to or
