Description Personal Assistant. Provide full support to the Executive Director and proactively manage, plan and coordinate their diary Support the division, ensuring full and effective running of divisional meetings and events As part of the Administrative support team, work in conjunction with three other Personal Assistants and Receptionist (based in Kempton Park) to support the Executive team and staff as required In the absence of the Receptionist in Edinburgh, work in conjunction with the other Personal Assistants to support with the smooth running of the Edinburgh office, directing incoming calls appropriately and greeting visitors. There is shared responsibility amongst four Personal Assistants to provide administrative support to the CEO and other Directors of Function in the absence of any of any other PA. This may also include preparing for and attending Board meetings Support the Corporate Relations Director with diary management, co-ordinating and booking meetings, travel and accommodation. Take minutes of meetings as requested by the Director and of relevant board and panel meetings involving stakeholders. Competently prepare for approval the Corporate Relations Director's expenses, credit card expenditure and mileage claims in accordance with guidelines. Provide efficient and effective support to the Corporate Relations Director on a daily basis. Send CV to sonia@rgmcorp.co.za
