Office Administrator

We are looking for someone dynamic and driven who is keen to learn and grow in the role. The role will include the following: To be the first point of contact for incoming calls/emails Actively promote/recommend service contracts to customers. Inputting orders/quotes into the system Ordering and maintain stock in the office Provide monthly data to office managers Prepare and send out quotes. Debt collection chasing customers for overdue payments. Keeping area tidy Basic office management. This role is working general office hours, Monday to Friday.
