Administrator / Secretary

Administrator / Secretary. We are looking for an Administrator to join our professional office in Kempton Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration tasks such as answering the phones, filing, photocopying, stationary orders etc. as well as the general day to day running of the office. Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating files, both digital and hard copies. Maintaining basic financial records such as a cashbook etc. Raising invoices Dealing with telephone enquiries Ordering and maintaining stationery and office equipment. Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers. Scanning, photocopying, binding and filing of documents. Assisting colleagues whenever necessary Skills: IT skills essential - especially Word & Excel. Knowledge of bookkeeping desirable, but not a requirement. Good organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Driving licence essential. Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary negotiable. Start date: ASAP Send your CV to: calvin@garygray.co.za
