Looking for a dynamic & energetic Centre Manager to run a Conference Centre and Wedding Venue with 14 rooms ensuite & several function halls. This individual will have the ability & know how to generate business & grow the centre. They will already have a client data base & have access to corporate clients and government. REQUIREMENTS: -Must have strong marketing skills & willing to do aggressive marketing & able to come up with a multi-pronged annual marketing proposal -Must already have an existing client database -Must be able to manage a social marketing portfolio -Must have a Driver's Licence -Must own a vehicle. -Must be Computer literate. -Must be able to prepare progress reports -Must be able to work on a commission basis -Must be able to manage auxillary staff (housekeeping, maintenance, outdoor etc) -Must be willing to live on the property (2 bedroomed house provided) -Must be able to handle all matters pertaining to the Centre (employees, maintenance, sales, purchases etc) -Must be ready to start work immediately. Recommendation letter from Pastor 5. Certified copies of certificates . 6. Certified copy of Marriage Certificate 7. Certified Copy of ID 8.
