SENIOR RESERVATIONS CALL CENTRE CONSULTANT

Tour Operating Experience preferable. A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the travel industry. • Adequate fare knowledge . • GDS qualification • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent communication skills. KEY PERFORMANCE AND RESULT AREAS PERFORMANCE • To offer exceptional customer service to clients / agents. • Provide detailed information on properties in order to maximise and convert sales • Accurate target driven booking and quoting of reservations. RESULT • Booking / quotation of packages utilising both the reservation system and the GDS • Consulting on hotels and extras. • Offering of alternatives . • Amendment of reservations / quotations • Actioning of email enquiries when required. wtp@icon.co.za
