Graduate Office Manager / Coordinator - -..

We are looking for a young and dynamic graduate to ensure that our building and offices are facilitated and maintained; that the property is clean and pesticided (hygiene) and you are in control of the security staff and parking. All in all, it would be your responsibility to ensure that our employee’s surrounding environment is in an appropriate condition to work in take

 

Must have / be:

  • 1/2 yrs exp in facilitating, co-ordinating and administration:
    • Third party negotiations with Service Providers (e.g. daily Cleaning staff, weekly hygiene installations, building, plumbing & repair service providers, Security Companies),
    • Ensure SLA’s are intact
  • Strong administration, co-ordination & facilitation exp required
  • Advanced in Excel literacy
  • Exp in Office Management
  • Tertiary qualification 
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Drivers licence is a requirement
  • Ideally you are a young graduate with 1-2 years exp
