Executive Personal Assistant to Directors

to provide administrative, legal and secretarial support to the designated Directors within the organisation



  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma / higher qualification


  • 3 – 5+ years’ experience as an Executive PA
  • Exp in in minute taking.
  • Exp in Project Management
  • Sound exp in organising and coordinating conferences, venue booking, speaker booking, management of invites
  • proven track record in board pack preparations
  • Legal contract experience

Must have :

  • Above average command on English
  • Exp in Project Management
  • Legal support
  • Advanced computer literacy, eg MS Office Power-Point, Word, Excel, etc
