Sales & Reservationist

• Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement. • Prepare and send quotations to clients. • Follow up bookings with clients. • Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specification and needs. • Calculate commission for the clients according to the agreed percentage. • Check in and check out of guest. • Provide customer with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary. • Co-ordinate and organise the details of an event. • Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals. • Confirm booking with clients, by receiving signed quote. • Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements. • Make booking for the guest and block the rooms. • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. • Responding to complaints/queries from client and give after sales support when requested. • Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection with client
