Restaurant Manager

Introduction Managing the busy restaurant floor and kitchen in the providing of high-quality Food and Beverage Products and Services for a large restaurant. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience. Duties & Responsibilities Finance and Administration – able to manage food costs Human Resources Food and Beverage Deliveries Quality assurance of goods Revenue Generation Self-management and performance ownership Staff management - managing a team Desired Experience & Qualification Matric and preferably a minimum of 4 yrs exp in a similar role Strong supervisory skills Excellent communication skills Previous exposure working in the hospitality industry Manage the restaurant like it was your business Package & Remuneration Negotiable salary package
