Introduction Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Chef De Partie specialising in Pastry and has a minimum of 5 years' experience managing kitchen staff. Key Performance Areas Ensure preparation is thorough Kitchen Cost Staff Supervision Consistent Food Production Environmental and Back of House Management Cross Function Integration Self-management and Performance Ownership Maintenance of the kitchen environment Participation in tasks that improve the kitchen’s efficiencies and performance Required Minimum Education/Training: Grade 12 or an NQF Level 4 National Certificate Hotel management diploma or a qualified chef diploma from City & Guilds or from a similar accredited institute of hospitality studies Must be a South African citizen Package & Remuneration The package and remuneration will be discussed at the interview.
