Accounts Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and prioritise new and existing buyer/supplier partners for the TradeBRICS platform • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline/revenue generation • Own the buyers/suppliers sign-up process • Operate as the lead point of contact for buyers/suppliers • Strengthen relationships mance • Ensure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to buyers/suppliers • Ensure strict buyers/suppliers visit standards are maintained • Communicate market needs and requirements back to Product Development, Design & Marketing teams. Attributes required: • Excellent communication skills • A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach • Excellent negotiation and closing skills • Strong knowledge of the local procurement and supply chain industry • Exhibit the ability to self motivate • Accurate Qualifications: • Experience in marketplace, ecommerce SAAS or software sales • Minimum 1 year Prior sales experience • Proficiency in using CRM tools, G-suite, and Digital Sales • Prior experience in the procurement and supply chain industry (Not essential) • Tertiary qualification (Not essential) • Telephone, video conferencing and presentation skills • Excellent track record of sales success • Can travel/has a car If u meet the above and are a game changer - come and join us!
