Sales Representative

The role of the Sales Rep: To ensure that the Company's products are readily and widely distributed and available by developing new and existing customers. The position will focus on gaining and driving sales at franchise store level and to manage the Agent. The candidate will also cold call on Micro Trade such as Hardware and Electrical Stores. Duties Include: Gain new business. Manage existing customer base. Ensure customers needs and objectives are met. Procurement of orders and the management of returns. Ensuring and maintaining high levels of professionalism in communication and engagement with both internal and external customers. Ensuring a delivery of qualitive customer centric service to all customers. Desired Experience & Qualification Eduction and Experience Grade 12 FMCG market experience Cold calling experience. Customer engagement experience. Competencies: Excellent communication (written & verbal skills) Time Management. Goal orientated. Willingness to learn Team Player Entrepreneurial skills.
