Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager (Remote) Cape Town based company is seeking a young, sales driven entrepreneur for an exciting new start-up venture in Gauteng. Location: Johannesburg Type: Temp to Perm The role revolves around good communication and duties will include: • Generating sales leads • Seek directions and ways to grow the company • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings • Planning and preparing sales presentations • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients • Promoting business and products • Managing sales and developing processes that drive sales as well as meeting sales goals • Writing reports • Providing management with feedback • Supervising staff Requirements: The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelors degree in business or equivalent • Strong sales skills to initiate and close sales • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in products and services in the construction/mining/large industries e.g. supplies/plant/hygiene/hiring/security/SHE services and similar. • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work in an independent environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated and target driven • Computer literate • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism Remuneration package: To be discussed To apply, email an updated CV with a smiling pic to michelle@nucareers.co.za
