Marketing Representative

Duties & Responsibilities MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric. Min 3 years Regional Field Sales experience Motor / Motor Retail experience an advantage. Valid Drivers licence. Willingness to work flexible hours Able to travel to the relevant regional sales areas COMPETENCIES Knowledge Computer literate/Kerridge experience At least 3yrs of experience with proven track record Up to date knowledge, where appropriate, of Computerised recording procedures Marketing experience RESPONSIBILITIES. Reporting to the GM Parts, the incumbent will: Liaise with customers daily regarding progress of service/repairs and parts availability. Enhance supplier relationships General administration To ensure highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication Accurate recording of customers detail to ensure accurate service history Support cost control, and supplier invoices and orders processed correctly Maintain effective liaison with parts departments of all dealerships in Gauteng. Support all warranty repairs are carried out within manufacturer parameters. Skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and all staff. Be capable of conversing with people at all levels in a professional manner Ability to handle upset customers effectively Personal attributes. Self management Assertiveness. lorraine@dglhr.co.za
