Duties & Responsibilities Critical skills/experience requirements 2 years’ + experience in Customer Service/Call Centre. Experience in dealing with different types of customers and enquiries as well as complaint handling. Excellent computer skills – MS Office and SAP (Crucial) Excellent, professional and friendly telephone manner. Excellent organisational skills and time management to achieve targets and deadlines Ability to effectively communicate to business standard in English Strong sense of urgency Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility and taking on other duties as assigned. Consistent focus on customers’ needs delivering quality and accuracy even when under pressure Accurate data capturing and attention to detail Positive attitude, energetic and driven individual that have a passion for excellent customer service and excellent customer care skills. Team player . Package & Remuneration R 12500 - 12500 Monthly.
