Workshop Customer Service Clerk

A vacancy has arisen for a Workshop Customer Services Officer
DUTIES:
Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relations within the service department.
Contact Customers to ensure that their service and / or repairs were satisfactory and handled with accuracy and professionalism
Resolving queries/complaints to conclusion
Assisting the service team members with any customer service related administration as and when required

CRITERIA:
Matric
Three to five years previous customer care/service experience
Knowledge of the Automotive Industry would be advantageous, but not essential, as training will be provided.
Professional, polite telephone manner and excellent communication and customer service skills ( Bilingual speaking and writing skills would be a great advantage)
Strong organisation and time planning skills are essential.
Ability to self-manage
Enthusiasm, energy and commitment will a strong, customer Service focused work ethic
