Qualifications/Requirements for the position
Matric Certificate
Superior Customer service skills
Strong observational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Some sales experience
Strong team player
Dedicated and reliable employee
MS Office Suite Competancy
Solid 2/3 years experience in customer relation administration
The successful candidate will perform the following duties/tasks:
Responsible for greeting customers at the customer service desk and seeing to their needs.
Take calls from customers who wanted to register a complaint or ask a question and follow through to cusyomer satisfaction/Resolutio
Assist in developing customer opinion cards used to gauge the overall customer satisfaction.
Any and all customer Satisfaction /Relationship tasks as required by management
