Duties & Responsibilities In order to be considered the following is required: 3 year industry related degree. 3 years post graduate experience in related financing and or banking. Responsibilities: Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions. Ongoing service management of the industry client portfolio by managing of daily client service requests for proactive client service and satisfaction, through direct personal action or referral to alternate sources. Manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies. Manage personal and team management development to increase own skills and competencies for the Team. Leader function and future managerial growth opportunities.
