Duties & Responsibilities Develop and administer special projects within HR Portfolio to meet existing and future needs of the Business. Generate reports aligned with all key outputs for the position. Manages all labour disputes at the CCMA and Bargaining Council and represents the Organisation where required. Effective communication with all Trade Unions to ensure good relationships. Ensuring that the Company complies with all IR legislation by monitoring and implementing all legislative and other changes. Negotiates collective agreements where applicable Manage employment and compliance within HR Prepares personnel forecasts . Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of positions . Ensure that all employee engagements are met Mitigates all risk for the Group . Responsible for on-going Policy Development Development of career development program in conjunction with line management. All statutory SETA returns and claims . Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum 5 years' experience Managing and leading an HR Team. Skills Development. Working experience with VIP Premier Payroll system essential. Liaising with Unions, Representing the Organisation at CCMA and Bargaining Council and familiar with Collective Agreements. Preferably Honours Degree in HR. Registered Skills Development Facilitator.
