Duties & Responsibilities Source and secure clients. Secure business for permanent, temporary and contract solutions. Qualify job specifications received from clients to prioritize working orders. Submit the new jobs to the General Manager to ensure that the vacancies are advertised on job portals and social media. Identify and secure candidates that match the culture, caliber and skills of the client’s job specification. Submit confirmed candidates’ profiles to the CV Typist / Administrator for typing onto the company’s candidate template. Interview and finalize candidate profiles for submission to client. Liaise with clients for feedback on candidates submitted. Mediate communication between the client and candidate during the recruitment process up until the process has been concluded. Ensure that clients have completed the company’s terms and conditions and new account document Send client documentation to the General Manager for processing to be loaded onto the company’s internal system. Continuously grow and maintain business. Desired Experience & Qualification. Matric. 3 to 5 years’ sales experience within the recruitment industry specifically dealing with the ICT industry Proven track record meeting and exceeding targets Experience in headhunting. Experience in social media networking. Existing database of clients and candidates Ability to close deals successfully. Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle.
