Senior Human Resource Manager

Duties & Responsibilities In order to be considered the following is required: B Degree Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology Master degree in Human Resource discipline or MBL/MBA. Must be able to handle pressure, setbacks and a high level of stress. Must be able to work to deadline. Human Resource Functional and Operational Management. Human Resource Strategy Advanced knowledge of centralised/ share services environment. Expert understanding of business processes. Basic understanding of project management Expert understanding of industry trends and best practices. Expert in providing analytical trends and management information. Advanced ability to influence to senior stakeholder level Advanced negotiation skills. Knowledge of Risk management principles and practices Advanced commercial awareness Deep understanding of all firm policies and procedure. Ability to deal with matrix management environment. Advanced coaching and mentoring skills Responsibilities: Take overall accountability for the business and legal firm’s employee value proposition design and implementation.
