HR Business Partner

Our client based in Melrose Arch, is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their company. Preference will be given to AA/EE candidates. Requirements: Relevant degree related to HR Management 4+ Years' HR Business Partner experience. Exposure to HR and Recruitment in Africa - essential Demonstrate sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes, plus a deep understanding of the business and relevant stakeholders and how these impact on the HR area of responsibility. Working experience in a call center environment advantageous. Duties: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with these clients, implementing human resources practices and recommending effective solutions to meet departmental business needs. Effectively handle the following aspects for assigned clients: - Change management - Talent management. - Performance management - Capacity building. - Learning and development - Reward and recognition. - Employee relations Lead and proactively manage the people management agenda for assigned internal clients Advise and assist line managers on compliance with the company policies, procedures and associated disciplinary action in a fair and consistent manner as per legislative requirements. Manage the recruitment process with H.R. Administrators in drafting job descriptions, identifying alternative recruitment methods and ensuring a seamless onboarding process of any new staff members.
