Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Grade 12 is essential. Higher Certificate in Administration or Secretarial diploma essential. An HR related qualification would be advantageous. 3-5 years' relevant experience within a HR environment within an administrative role. Technical skills HR Administration Customer Relationship Management General Computer Literacy. Project Administration. Workflow Systems/ HR Systems. Responsibilities: Calendar and Diary Coordination. Coordinate and manage diaries. Schedule and reschedule appointments. General Secretarial and Administration. Set up teleconferencing and video conferencing timeously. Collate contacts list and update regularly. Handle all ad-hoc queries when requested. Take, type and circulate the minutes to the relevant persons. Documentation for Meetings Collect information, prepare and process documents for meetings. Prepare Board pack/minutes. Hand over documents on time to the HR Manager in order to prepare for meetings. Travel Arrangements Arrange all travel arrangements. Road travel arrangements: Obtain physical address and GPS coordinates/Road map/Directions. Arrange parking. Establish travelling time to and from meeting venu Human Resource Administration. Assisting in compiling and generating on-boarding documentation when required. Assisting with starter packs of new employees when necessary. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager. molo@performer.co.za
