Human Resource Manager

Our Client in the Logistics Transportation Industry is looking for an HR Manager to provide an effective and efficient HR generalist function with a strong focus on IR, aligned with departmental and company strategic goals. This is an EE Position. Salary Negotiable plus Benefits. Must have -NON-NEGOTIABLE - Only apply if you have Logistics Industry Experience. Must have experience within the Logistics Industry Must have experience with the Road Freight .Bargaining Council and its Main Agreement Must have experience have extensive IR experience. Qualifications required. • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or Professional HR Qualification. Key performance areas: Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating human resources activities and staff of the Warehouse Logistics business unit. Manages the HR Operations cycle, such as recruitment and staffing, training and development, compensation, and HR Business Solutions, performance management, benefits and compensation, succession planning and wellbeing programmes. Serves as a mediator between employer and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. Skills and experience required. 5 – 10 years relevant work experience in a HR Generalist role. Sound IR knowledge with proven track record of representation at CCMA and Bargaining Council Understand and apply Labour Relations Procedures.
