Territory Manager

Desired Experience & Qualification Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required: Minimum 5 years sales experience in hospital or clinical laboratory markets, experience with PCR desirable. Experience leading a sales team preferred Strong track record of sales success, specifically in selling premium products. Experience working in Africa is an advantage Expertise with demand creation. Experience with customer base within territory a plus. Strengths in networking and relationship development. Strong oral and written communications skills Relevant Bachelor’s degree. Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications. Experience with CRM applications such as Microsoft CRM a bonus Qualities/ Competencies: Analytical Thinking Business Expertise Customer Focus. Judgement and Decision making Negotiation Building. Relationship Building Teamwork. Other Requirements: Location – predominantly within territory but with some travel internationally, specifically Southern Africa.
