Accounts Receivable Administrator

Accounts Receivable Administrator. Job Requirements • Relevant tertiary qualification . • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in the financial environment. • Experienced in PC based accounting systems / Systems knowledge. • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent written and communication skills • Candidate must be results orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. • Capable of handling work pressure and meeting deadlines. Job Description - Key Areas of Responsibilities will include the following but not be limited to: • Process accounts and incoming payments • Ensure transactions, deposits and payments received are allocated accurately and timeously to the correct account. • Prepare weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports i.e. age analysis, reconciliations, and processing. • Management and preparation of statements for customers • Debt collection from overdue customers including directly contacting customers with outstanding accounts and maintenance of customer account. • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues. Remuneration Market related / dependent on experience This will be a three month contract to permanent depending on the candidate’s performance.
