Ecommerce Projects Manager

Duties & Responsibilities Effective management of all website and related platforms and processes including but not limited to e-commerce sites, our hospitality administration software, JIRA, Google Analytics, Umbraco, Sitefinity, Microsoft Office 365, CRM, ClickDimensions, Sharepoint, and the Customer Service platform. Work with stakeholders to understand, identify and capture business requirements; review deliverables; and suggest process improvements as appropriate. Research solutions, identify and mitigate risk and manage issues or enhancements for front-end delivery of e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with Project leads, IT and Marketing teams to establish achievable project deadlines relating to online improvements, reviews and releases (both functionality and content related). Build and maintain all project related documents to include project plans, test plans, process flow diagrams, etc. Provide status reports and communication on projects and issues to management and escalate when necessary. Desired Experience & Qualification. 10 years of experience in a competitive digital environment. Extensive website project management experience Extensive experience in ticketing and/or inventory management systems. Effective communication, strategic thinking, project management skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Email CV to talent@talentahead.co.za
