PROJECT MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities A lot of the role would be managing shipments coming in from China, Working with factories in China and abroad and ensuring that there is a match between what we send and receive. Also checking up on quality of finished goods. Making decisions based on choosing factories to work with and working with costings + order management. Placing sample orders. Tracking sample lead time. Arranging sample collection. Reviewing sample quality. Reporting samples to Justin with breakdown of 1) price 2) quality 3) MOQ 4) lead time 5) country of origin. Arranging PP printed samples. Tracking PP sample lead time. Arranging PP sample collection and delivery. Review PP printed sample vs artwork with designer. Identify errors such as 1) colour variance 2) spelling 3) barcode 4) wrong country of origin Reviewing inspection report. 6) managing logistics until GRV in warehouse. Market Research - 1) compiling market research and data for projects. 2) reviewing data and providing suggested direction on the opportunity 3) sourcing products based on required competitive edge Updating directors on market trends and Season changes… might need to be a KAM role. KAMS should have full in store product analysis on all products in their categories. Determine colour trends for next season. Desired Experience & Qualification Must have Matric.
