IT Commercial Operations Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities Key Accountabilities of the Performance. Commercial Management. Maintaining entries associated with all purchases made throughout the department across various budgeting spreadsheets. Processing the department invoice entries using the electronic payment s to ensure suppliers are paid within contractually agreed terms. Liaising with the finance department to resolve any invoice queries. Vendor Engagement. Assisting Technology Managers from all global offices with requests relating to spend approval and the procurement of goods and services. Acting as the primary point of contact for the sourcing of quotations for goods and services. Placing orders with suppliers as required. Behavioural competencies. Ability to handle queries efficiently with diplomacy and tact Ability to follow instructions precisely Adapting and responding to change.
