Computer Technical Lead

Duties & Responsibilities DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: · Take ownership and resolve incidents and requests with a focus on high priority tickets raised. · Root cause analysis and problem investigation when required. · Attend conference calls and communicate with confidence and provided direction. · Liaise with various entities to get resolution and direction. (These include, onsite and remote technical resolvers, service managers, ITIL based coordinators, managers, vendors) · Execute activities like the implementation of changes to customer infrastructure or project related activities. · Use toolsets to diligently update, progress and communicate. · Guidance and mentorship of more junior team members. · Reviewing the quality of all deliverables from the MSC. · Working with the engineers to shift left technology/tasks/activities from 3rd line to 2nd line. · 1st Escalation point for all P1/P2 issues relating to IT infrastructure, telephony, facilities. · Oversee day-to-day technical Operations. · Manage team’s technical reviews Delivery responsibilities: Attend the Change Advisory Board for customer change requests Desired Experience & Qualification REQUIREMENTS Experience: Experience of configuring, troubleshooting and administering the Microsoft Windows Server Operating System (2008, 2012, 2016) and key roles, including; Active Directory, DNS, DHCP IIS, FTP and Clustering.
