Senior IT Support Technician

• Specific knowledge base o Sound understanding of the MS Windows operating platform both current and legacy o Ability to troubleshoot MS operating and Office environments o Practical expertise in the implementation of:  Active Directory  WSUS upgrades • Managing and resolving anomalies with the above. • Managing the user experience  Create accurate records of user migration and device status  Actively manage the resources responsible for the above implementations and /or their management  N.B. this methodology must be able to be replicated over any other new or existing infrastructure requirements o Deploy and troubleshoot the corporate Anti-Virus system.
