Business Development Consultant

Diploma / Advanced Certificate Higher National Diploma in Marketing or similar Bachelor of commerce degree. Minimum three years’ experience in a sales environment preferably in the Finance industry Responsibilities: Adheres to the Organisation's shared values, service standards and Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) outcomes with regard to customer interaction Resolves customer dissatisfaction/complaints and takes ownership of the problem. Ensures that product knowledge and advice is technically accurate. Knows and understands customer needs in order to deliver a quality service. Plans for and maintains a sound working relationship with stakeholders. Adheres to Bank policies, procedures, systems and frameworks. Avoids E and Os and resolves existing E and Os within agreed timelines. Implements business processes according to benchmarks and the Shared Values Reviews and reports on the performance of business processes. Analyses the internal service delivery processes and comes up with innovative ideas and/or participates in working groups to improve and streamline processes, increase revenue, drive efficiencies and minimise redundancy and waste Monitors and controls the quality of business processes in terms of defined standards.
