Computer use competency and experience working with a CRM database. Knowledge of the Solar industry and its current events. Excellent time management and organisation Attention to detail. Processing, qualifying and developing New Business leads. Re-invigorating dormant accounts Accurate data entry on the company CRM including setting up of new customer accounts Enabling customer portal logins. Provide customer training on the Reseller Portal Excellent internal communication with the Account Managers. To achieve pre-agreed targets and deadlines set by the Sales Manager.
