Data Steward

The primary responsibility of the Data Steward is the on-going management of master data that is used in the Company’s applications for quoting, invoicing, contract management and service delivery. Policies and procedures Data Stewards assist with the establishment, implementation and improvement of policies, processes and procedures with regards to data management. In addition, they support adherence to the applicable data related governance processes and policies. Co-ordinate data changes The Data Stewards performs change management for the required data changes. They will manage and validate requests for new data or changes to current data, including associated information. These individuals will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to optimise the standardisation of data in the applications in scope. They ensure that new services and relevant changes will be reflected accurately and in a timely manner in the data management systems. ayesha@finitselect.co.za
