Business Analyst

Reference: JHB007131-RG-1 My Client based in Selby is looking to appoint a BA to join them. They are in end to end document management and storage solutions. Description Requirements Management. Translating, analysing, simplifying and documenting business requirements and functional requirements Generate the relevant Functional System .Specifications, Report and/ or Change Requests. Key Performance Indicators Adhere to the standards and governance documentation requirements, specifically the Functional System Specification Enhancement, Report and/ or Change Request templates Provide weekly feedback on progress of specifications. Produce requirements as per the agreed dates and scope. Maintain business processes Review test cases. BA Skills and Knowledge Analyses the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users. Researches and prepares solutions for discussion on system enhancement or business process improvements Key Performance Indicators Number of CR’s after spec sign off Number of reviews and comments to number of stakeholders. Recommending solutions to requirements Stakeholder Satisfaction Prepare for each meeting/interview for requirements management. Ensure all requirements are document clearly and adopted easily by reviewers. Support implementation team on solution implementation when required.
