Training, Development & Recognition Facilitator

Responsible for supporting, coordinating and facilitating all product and related training (head office staff, distribution staff, and external stakeholders) Support to the Training, Development and Recognition department. Setting up training sessions, including booking meeting rooms, inviting delegates and presenters, managing attendance, administering training registers. Interacting with delegates, doing training presentations, answering questions and providing feedback to delegates. Maintain standards and maintain records, this will include test results etc. General support role to the Training, Development and Recognition Department, including email and telephonic support. Following up with Marketing to ensure timely delivery of recognition material. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Grade 12/ Matric. Relevant Tertiary Qualification . Minimum 2 years’ experience. Extensive knowledge of MS Office and PC literature Good Excel skills. Good verbal and written communication skills Must be organised and have the correct computer skills. Ability to pay attention to detail is critical Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to team task accomplishment. Ability to make decisions and excellent problem solving techniques Ability to make decisions, analytical mind and excellent problem solving techniques Ability to identify problem areas where business redesign is required.
